Atelier de céramique "Les mains dans la terre"
Yves Veyry makes the world of BBTE go round
A ceramist for around twenty years, Yves Veyry is a graphic designer by trade. In the 90s, he followed his partner into a workshop and discovered this art, pottery. He then falls in love with it and will never take his hands off the earth again. It is then transcended!
“I went from 2D to 3D. What made me vibrate was the contact with the material,” he tells us, caressing a bowl, a vase, a face with the edge of his thumb; juggling between earthenware and porcelain. The sound is never the same; the form, neither. In its lair of wonders in the heart of the medieval village of Bourg, each work is unique and awaits its meeting with the person it will move.
