We advise you to reserve your activity in order to be able to provide you with optimum quality of service.
Are there fees for activities departing from the Tourist Office?
It depends on the activity chosen!

More generally, it promotes the visibility of the tourist offer in our territory but also the image of the profession and the Tourist Office. By committing to this qualitative approach, we wish to perpetuate our achievements and continue our improvement efforts.
This ambition has long been part of its development strategy and his three-year action plan with strong commitments made in terms of reception, marketing and relationships with partners.

As part of our tourism strategy and our Quality policy, we are committed to our visitors in different areas:
- Promote the 3 assets of the territory which are water, stone and wine, but also the values of the Blaye Bourg Terres d'Estuaire brand which are the proximity and sweetness of life in the territory.
- Welcome, inform and advise visitors.
- Expand the discovery proposals on the scale of Blaye Bourg Terres d'Estuaire.
- Take customer reviews into account, analyze them and implement corrective actions.

- Make them ambassadors of the territory thanks to Ambassador Card.

Our commitments to partners
As part of our tourism strategy and our Quality policy, we are committed to our service providers in different areas:
- Office staff visit its partners to better promote them to the general public.
- An update of the tourist offer is made at least once a year (on-site visit, telephone, or email).
- The establishment of this dedicated blog, a support program, meetings and professional newsletters aim to consolidate the close bond with our socio-professionals.
- The creation of commercial products unites socio-professionals in the region and aims to increase their commercial activity.
- La sale of local products promotes the initiatives of our partners.
- We distribute the tourist offer to our partners.
- We accompany and support each partner in their efforts to improve the quality of the offer.

Our Tourist Office obtained a favorable opinion from the national award commission in January 2021. Thus, we are labeled “Tourism and Disability” for motor, hearing and mental disabilities. Since then, we have undergone regular inspection visits and regularly renew our classification.
Since October 2021! the Bourg information office is certified “Bicycle welcome” and guarantees a privileged welcome and services adapted to tourists by bicycle.
Launched in 2009, the national label “Vineyards & Discoveries” aims to offer more readability to the customer and the destination.
