It was by purchasing, in 2010, Maison Maritch, founded in 1984, that Karine and Frédéric Blanleil embarked on the adventure.
Frédéric worked for more than 15 years as an artisan chocolatier in this confectionery. It is therefore quite natural that it is part of the continuity of this house recognized for the quality of its products.
By continuing 100% artisanal work based on fresh products, the range of sweets and pastries has continued to develop to the delight of young and old alike. Its specialty is the famous “Figue de Bourg” (creation by Daniel Maritch).
