It is by buying the Maritch House founded in 1984 that Karine and Frédéric Blanleil embark on the adventure in 2010.
Frédéric worked for more than 15 years as a chocolate artisan in this confectionery. It is therefore natural that he is part of the continuity of this house recognized for the quality of its products.
By continuing a 100% artisanal work based on fresh products, the range of confectionery and pastries continued to develop to the delight of young and old. His specialty, the famous "Fig of Bourg" (creation of Daniel Maritch).
