Journée découverte au Château Marquis de Vauban

A full day that allows you to discover the wealth of the Blaye region just 50km from Bordeaux. A day that will take you back in time and immerse you for a few hours in the secret world of winegrowers. Passion and conviviality guaranteed! Arrival at Château Marquis de Vauban at 10:30 am with a coffee welcome, visit of the estate, the vineyard and the cellars, 11:45 am audio-commented tour of the UNESCO Blaye citadel by little train, winegrower's lunch in the old cellars of the castle based on local products (sturgeon, grattons, wine-based desserts, etc.) and tasting of 3 AOC Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux red wines during the meal. To this day you can also add a guided tour of the citadel through the underground passages.

From March 23 to November 11, every day by reservation at 11:45 am train ride, at 12:30 pm lunch and tasting tour at 15 pm (French) or at 16 pm (English and French).
