The little tourist train takes you to Plassac along the Gironde: the opportunity to better understand the characteristics of the estuary as well as the history of this ancient village and its Gallo-Roman villas. The architecture of the first two villas was designed in harmony with the estuarine landscape. The last villa received a small thermal complex and apse rooms decorated with polychrome mosaics. The museum presents archaeological furniture from the excavations which allows us to better understand the daily life of its inhabitants and a virtual 3D reconstruction of the XNUMXnd century villa is broadcast.
