Estuaire Tourisme is classified in Category II and has been awarded the Qualité Tourisme label. since 2014.
For all these years, this commitment has allowed us to guarantee a high level of quality of service and serves as our guide to improve our services.
Our office is committed to:
- Provide you with an easily accessible reception area and information area.
- Facilitate your procedures
- Inform you free of charge about the local tourist offer
- Offer you free wifi access
- Display and disseminate its opening periods expressed in at least two foreign languages
- Be open at least 240 days per year, Saturday and Sunday included during tourist or entertainment periods
- Provide a permanent reception service run by staff speaking at least two foreign languages
- Give you access to its trilingual website
- Disseminate your tourist information also on paper, translated into at least two foreign languages.
- Update your tourist information annually
- Post emergency telephone numbers outside
- Present all the qualified offer of its area of intervention for all clienteles.

The Qualité Tourisme brand will disappear to make way for the Destination d'Excellence label. In addition to the issue of quality of reception and services, which drives the sector, this label will particularly reinforce the level of requirements in terms of eco-responsibility.
Estuaire Tourisme will be audited in 2026 and hopes to obtain this label by the end of the year.

Our Tourist Office located on the route of Canal of the 2 seas by bike, we welcome many cycle tourists throughout the year. Obtaining the Accueil vélo label was an obvious choice to offer all the services our cyclist friends need.

More than 70% of the store's products are local or labeled products. We therefore do real work in selecting suppliers.
The store is not only a sales space, it is also a place for exchange and partnership with partner suppliers whose presentation labels you will find. Delicious products, books and games for children, decorative objects, books on birds, jewelry... You will surely find what you are looking for!
