Dining with Winemakers
To complete your gourmet immersion in the wine region. Operation Dining with Winemakers was launched in summer 2020 by Chef Rinse Sevenster. The idea was to set a table at one of the Bordeaux 45 association's châteaux around cubzac, on demand and according to your preferences. After a traditional tour, visitors, guide and winemakers sit down at the same table for dinner. It's an opportunity to savour both delicious local products and your hosts'memories and anecdotes.
