09:30 a.m.: The grand departure from the Bourg Tourist Office
It all starts in the heart of the village. Head to the Bourg Tourist Office to rent your electric bike (€30/day/adult. Free child trailer) complete with helmet, vest, and route map. Whether you're a casual cyclist or a seasoned climber, our rental bikes are ready to take on the landscapes of the Estuary.
The little extra: Our Tourist Office is certified "Accueil Vélo": it guarantees you secure parking for your bike, a repair kit in case of a problem, and a very warm welcome for cyclists.

10:30 am: The "Iconic by Bike" loop
Let's go! This loop is a true postcard in motion. You'll cycle between rows of vines, limestone cliffs, and breathtaking views of the Dordogne River. The " Iconic by Bike " route lets you enjoy the fresh air, and the elevation gain remains your friend (we promise!).

11:30 am: Pair-non-Pair, a prehistoric immersion
This is the highlight of your morning. The Pair-non-Pair Cave , one of the most remarkable decorated caves in the world, opens its doors to you. It has now been awarded the Accueil Vélo (Cyclists Welcome) label.
Note: Remember to book your visit, the 30,000-year-old horse and mammoth engravings are very popular!

13:00 PM: Country lunch break
Take advantage of the rest areas along the route for a picnic with a view, or treat yourself to a small table at the Moron natural site , classified as Natura 2000.

15:00 PM: Château Moulin de la Marzelle, the reward
After the effort, the reward (in moderation, of course). Head to Château Moulin de la Marzelle . Here, they cultivate excellence and, since this year, a love of cycling.
Also certified as Accueil Vélo , the estate offers a tour of the cellars (discover the secrets of making our Côtes de Bourg wines), a tasting (savor the fruit of the labor of passionate winemakers) and cycling comfort ( a water point to fill your water bottles before returning and shaded areas for your bikes).

17:00 PM: Gentle return to the port of Bourg
It's time to come full circle. The return to the Tourist Office is a leisurely ride (or almost), with the feeling of having traveled through the ages in just a few pedal strokes.
