Visite guidée de Bourg & dégustation de la Figue de Bourg

This lovely town built on a rocky peak, classified as an “Ancient Village”, is surrounded by medieval ramparts. Its narrow and picturesque streets descend towards the port via the Porte de la Mer, the rue de la Gouttinière or the Escalier du Roy to reach the covered washhouse.
On the upper part, discover the Halle, the Hôtel de la Jurade and the Château de la Citadelle (18th century Charterhouse), and the troglodyte oil tanks built during the Second World War, then taste the local specialty: the Figue de Bourg.
Visits every Wednesday from May to October.
Bring comfortable shoes as there are stairs.
Head to the Bourg Tourist Office, you will be warmly welcomed with a complimentary breakfast, to start the day off right and share a friendly moment before departure.
