In the vineyards then in the cellar, harvest, taste and share with the winemaker and the team of the castle, this intense stage that is the harvest! Come with family, friends, participate in a moment of conviviality and discovery:
TODAY'S PROGRAM
– 10 a.m. Welcome of participants to the estate with coffee and pastries
– Presentation of the property (history, appellation, grape varieties, work in the vineyard)
– 10:30 a.m. Harvest (distribution of secateurs and baskets, cutting of grapes, carrying of the hood, etc.)
– 12:30 Tasting of new wine (gruff), aperitif
Catered Lunch: Main course, cheese and dessert accompanied by wines from the château
– 14:30 p.m. Sorting table workshop, visit to the vat room, explanations of fermentations, pumping over, visit to the barrel cellar
– 16:00 p.m. End
