Our waterside hikes invite you to stroll along the banks, to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gironde Estuary or to discover panoramic viewpoints to admire our most beautiful sunsets.
If you are looking for an accessible, chilled hike that will not take you more than an hour, the hillside loop starting from Plassac is for you.
For a more sporty experience, you will find what you are looking for with the Terres d'Oiseaux loop and its 20,9 km through Braud-et-Saint-Louis and Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde!
Loop of the hills – 4,5 km / Plassac
Plassac, nestled along the Gironde estuary, is a mosaic village, rich in discoveries, with its Gallo-Roman villa, classified as a Historic Monument. In the alleys, admire the contemporary mosaic works before reaching the port via the bank of the Gironde. Shaded paths, landscapes of vineyards, spectacular viewpoint over the estuarine landscape modulated by the tides, around the virgin of Montuzet, are on the menu of this beautiful walk!
Terres d’Oiseaux loop – 20,9 km / Braud-et-Saint-Louis
It is a rather natural hike, partly traversing the atypical landscapes of the marshes which open up to you and invite you to 'disconnect'. Among the notable points are Terres d'Oiseaux, an ornithological park, and the port of Couvertures still welcoming a few fishing boats.
There is no longer a minute to lose, let yourself be carried away by the salty air and the gentle murmur of the lapping waters for an invigorating walk!

To visit the emblematic citadel of Blaye, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, and contemplate the estuary from its ramparts, it is on the loop of the ancient village of Blaye that you will have to embark, for a circuit of 3,4, 1 km and approximately 15hXNUMX walk.
Between Bourg and Lansac, the loop of the old village and the mill will begin on the rocky peak where the ancient village of Bourg sits, will continue to its port overlooking the Dordogne, before heading to the mill which dominates the village of Lansac.
Loop of the old village – 3,4 km / Blaye
We invite you to take a walk in old Blaye. You can stroll through the maze of streets and alleys to discover all its secrets! This walk takes you to the discovery of the old tax pavilion, the old port, departure of the ferry towards the Médoc, the many old houses with beautiful facades, or even the Saint-Simon church without a bell tower. due to Blaye's former status as a military place.
Loop of the old village and the mill – 7,7 km and 14,6 km / Bourg and Lansac
Between Bourg and Lansac, the loop of the old village and the mill will begin with the discovery of the old village of Bourg. Moron loop – 4,8 km / Prignac-et-Marcamps
The hiking loop begins with a visit to the natural site of Moron which will seduce you with its tranquility and the beauty of the landscapes. Then join the quarries to complete your walk. The village of Prignac-et-Marcamps enjoys exceptional wealth for anyone curious about built heritage. Don't miss, not far away, the Pair-Non-Pair cave, one of the oldest decorated caves in the world.
Loop of Moulins – 17,2 km / Civrac-de-Blaye and Saint-Savin
From the village of Saint-Savin, gathered around its church with its remarkable painted decoration and its beautiful 19th century houses, the loop joins the surrounding countryside with the Moulin de Guérin which offers one of the most beautiful views of the territory, from where, in good weather, you can see the Aquitaine Bridge, the gateway to Bordeaux.
