Château Magdeleine Bouhou

After starting our adventure in the Blaye region with Château Puynard in 2016, we received the keys to Château Magdeleine Bouhou in January 2021. Both vineyards have their own character, and we feel that with the two properties together , we have a strong offering that highlights the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation very well. Magdeleine Bouhou is located just 5km from the town of Blaye and this proximity to the Gironde estuary plays an important role in the development of the vine. We have Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. In 2021, we planted white Roussanne, Sémillon and Chardonnay grapes.
For holidays in the heart of the Bordeaux appellation, we offer a gîte for 10 people.
On the property we also have a distillery which creates Two Origins Gin and Whiskey.
