Château Haut Macô

Château Haut-Macô has been a family business for 4 generations located in the Côtes de Bourg wine region, a privileged site for growing vines. 53 hectares of vines give us an annual production of around 250000 bottles. The aging takes place in vats and barrels for 18 months, before being bottled at the château by us. Our objective is to obtain each year wines representative of our terroir by combining both modern techniques and tradition. We seek to produce wines where the notion of balance and regularity guides us in our production choices. Thus respect for the fruit, harmony and a logic of structure are the brand and the qualitative identity of our wines in an environment-friendly framework.
