Café de Paris

Since its creation in 1967, Café de Paris has held unique and authentic know-how. Produced in Cubzac-Les-Ponts, the products are now sold throughout the world. These sparkling wines with a lively and refreshing taste are made from carefully selected grape varieties and blended by our chief oenologist. Within the cellars, located in the heart of the old quarries, a tourist route retraces the historical epics of the site as well as the entire evolution of the production activity and the Café de Paris brand. Above the quarries, the meadow offers a panoramic view of the Eiffel Bridge and the banks of the Dordogne, thanks to its belvedere. The nearby hives produce honey each year which is sold in stores. The visit ends with a tasting in the store.

Cellar open continuously from 10 a.m. to 16 p.m. (tasting workshops and cellar tours, sales at the factory shop) on:
– Saturday March 15: “Discovering bubbles”. Tasting of brut, flavored, alcohol-free sparkling wines, crémants, champagnes, etc.
– Saturday May 17: Special presence of Didier Coquillas, Historian-Lecturer who will lead the visits to the Caves and will help you discover the highlights of the history of the Cubzaguais territory.
– Saturday July 12: Mixology workshop. Create cocktails and moctkails perfect for summer aperitifs.
– Saturday October 11: Crémant Cordier tasting workshop and explanation of the different production methods.

The €5 rate includes a 45-minute tour of the cellars, a tasting of 3 products and a 20% discount on your purchases. Free for under-18s.
